Service Description
Our 3 month Medical Weight Loss Program includes a FDA approved weight loss medication. This medication is administered weekly in the comfort of your own home. Our program also includes a full body assessment, lab work, weekly virtual nutritional coaching sessions to keep you on track to reach your goals.
Cancellation Policy
If you will be late, please give us a courtesy call. You will be given a 15 minute grace period. If you show up more than 15 minutes late then we will assess our schedule and fit you in only if that does not interfere with other clients scheduled time. If our schedule cannot accommodate you, then you will be rescheduled at our first available opening.
