Service Description

Our Medical Weight Loss Program includes a FDA approved weight loss medication. This medication is self-administered weekly in the convenience of your own home. Our program also includes a full body assessment, lab work, a nutritional support, and weekly coaching sessions.

Cancellation Policy

If you will be late, please give us a courtesy call. You will be given a 15 minute grace period. If you show up more than 15 minutes late then we will assess our schedule and fit you in only if that does not interfere with other clients scheduled time. If our schedule cannot accommodate you, then you will be rescheduled at our first available opening.
